"Elektronika 13.11" Soviet digital clock

Soviet digital clock Elektronika 13.11 (Электроника 13.11) was produced in USSR during 1980's. The schematic and control panel is very similar to Elektronika 6 / 4.13 clock, but this one has a plastic cabinet instead of a wooden one. Virtually all functions are controlled by a soviet integrated circuit K145IK1901 (К145ИК1901). It has s flat 4-digit 7-segment VFD display IVL1-7/5 (ИВЛ1-7/5) with 21mm high digits It s powered from 220V 50Hz mains and draws about 2.2W. This type doesn't have a backup battery. It is controlled using 8 buttons at the rear panel and 1 switch at the top. It has some other functions like stopwatch and kitchen timer. The original price was 45 Rubles.

I have 1 clock od this type, green version from 1981. It works, but it is in poor condition, the cover of the top button is missing. When I got this clock, it was all dirty, rusty, the display was cracked and the electrolytic capacitor (100uF 50V) was dried out. After cleaning and after display and capacitor replacement the clock works.

Warning! The clock contains deadly mains voltage, any intervention is at your own risk. I do not take responsibility for your injury or death.
