The device uses a circuit of Big coil gun.
I used a coil to reduce current.
It has wire diameter of 1.5 mm on 26 mm air core, length 65 mm. Has about 14uH and 32mR.
Capacity is 2500uF and voltage around 1450V. Multimeter in the pictures and video below shows 1/3 of total voltage.
The formula for calculating the energy in a capacitor (energy in Joules, the capacity in Farad and voltage in Volts):
Attention! This experiment can cause fatal injury or damage to property.
Capacitors are charged to deadly voltage and remain charged even after turning OFF.
Capacitors, thyristors and other parts of the circuit could unexpectedly explode. The device can
accidentally fire in unexpected moment. The explosions of conductors are very noisy and bright, it can damage hearing or eyesight.
Burns may occur. Parts may fly away in high speed. Everything you do at your own risk, for any injury or property damage I do not take responsibility.
