Powerfull 11 Cree LED torch

Schematic of the torch with 11x Cree LED. It is made in versions with 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 LEDs.
It runs on 4x 3.7V Li-Ion 18650 cell. LEDs and cells are all in parallel.
LED current is linearly limited using resistors (3x 0.33 ohm in parallel, resulting in 0.11 ohm).
Unknown control chip. LEDs are switched using a pair of double MOSFETs 9926A in SOIC8 8-pin SMD package.

Disassembled torch.
The LED board was poorly mounted on the heatsink. There was a piece of cardboard in between of the LED board and the heatsink!
The reason for this is beyond my understanding.
